The DCS - Dynamic Compensation System maintains volumetric accuracy below 0.015 mm, making the machine ideal for high-precision machining on large components. Additionally, the TCS Evo Boring system ensures constant thermal control of the boring spindle and structures, guaranteeing precision in every ambient condition. 

Technology and Power for Maximum Output 

The HB 160MM Evo 4.0 is equipped with a 160 mm diameter boring spindle, with 80 kW power and 4,000 Nm torque, capable of operating at speeds up to 4,000 RPM. Thanks to the DPS-X system with double pinion and backlash recovery and the LAS system for active stabilization of the axes, the machine achieves rigidity values never obtained before, significantly increasing tool life and surface finish quality. The A UA 360 automatic universal head allows positioning on two axes with 1° precision, increasing versatility for complex operations. With large axis travels (4,000 + n° x 1,000 mm in X, 3,000 ÷ 5,000 mm in Y, 1,600 mm in Z, and 1,100 mm in W), the machine is perfect for high-intensity sectors such as earthmoving, naval, and energy industries.
