LVD introduces online support ticketing system

LVD Company nv introduces a new online service and support portal for LVD customers worldwide, Online Support Ticketing System (OSTS). OSTS provides customers 24/7 access to initiate a support ticket on any service-related concern: request a service intervention, inquire about spare parts, schedule preventative maintenance, register for training, or simply ask a question. The portal streamlines LVD’s support response to more quickly and efficiently address customer requests.

BETTER SUPPORT
Customers must register for OSTS to receive a private, secure logon to the portal. The service is free.

OSTS makes it easy to submit a ticket at any time. The ticket is then routed directly to the responsible local service team for immediate action. Information on the status of the ticket is provided in real time. The OSTS portal also documents the communication chain for a customer’s complete LVD machine inventory.

OSTS offers customers a fast, convenient way to reach out to LVD Customer Service. In turn, the system allows LVD to centralize and better manage customer service requests, collaborate across support teams, and deliver an improved customer service experience.

OSTS does not replace telephone hotline or email support. Customers can continue to call or email LVD Customer Service but are encouraged to register for OSTS to enjoy a more immediate service response.
