EuroBLECH 2014 – the world’s largest exhibition for the sheet metal working industry – has been a huge success for Hypertherm. The introduction of the special application torch for HPRXD systems and the live Waterjet demonstrations were highly appreciated by visitors.

Hypertherm welcomed many visitors from different countries and industries. Attracted by the diversity of the Hypertherm product range and depth, visitors appreciated the new products and technologies shown, the live demo’s with the Powermax30® XP, Powermax 125®, CopperPlus™ and the new HyAccess consumables. The HPRXD short torch was received very well by stand visitors at the EuroBLECH show. This new torch is developed in co-operation with our partner HGG Profiling Equipment B.V.; a leading supplier of high-end pipe, box beam and profile cutting equipment. Successful coupling of HGG equipment with our industry leading line of HyPerformance® HPRXD systems required a joint development effort to create a shorter, non-quick disconnect torch assembly capable of proper beveling motion within the HGG 3D cutting chamber.The torch will be officially launched and available for order at the beginning of 2015. HyAccess® extended consumables provide the extra reach needed when cutting or gouging in places that are hard to access. The patented HyAccess consumables extend over 7 cm beyond our standard consumables. The unique design allows for better visibility and accessibility for working on challenging cutting locations such as corners and channels. HyAccess consumables for cutting and gouging are currently available for our Powermax45® and Powermax30® XP systems.
